I ordered this Isolkinetics Hand Exercise Squeeze ball because I thought it would help with tension and stress relief and might also help with occasional stiffness from writing or doing other tasks. I got a green one and it seems to work very well. I suppose there isn't much that could go wrong with one of these things, but the green one which is a medium resistance level seems about right for my purposes. The egg shape is nice and has an interesting look. It would probably be a good product for someone with arthritis or other conditions affecting the flexibility of the hands. It would also be helpful in improving one's grip.

This is a great stress ball to work on my anxiety and stress. I got the extra soft and soft and they are just perfect. I got one egg shaped ; one ball shaped. I think I like the ball shaped better, but it's not that big of a difference. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the texture is sticky, any time I drop the ball it ends up picking up some of my 3 pets' hair. Even though I vacuum all of the time, any time you drop it, stuff gets on it especially hair if you have pets. And while it is easy to wash off, I just wish it wasn't so sticky because having to wash the ball any time I drop it is kind of a hassle.
But what I like about the texture is that it is long lasting and you'll have it forever cause it won't break.
